Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

CeeHabits is a personal habit and sobriety tracking tool. It allows you to log habits you are quitting, track elapsed clean time, record money saved, and maintain streak records.

The Service is provided free of charge with no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no subscription fees. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; any such changes will be communicated clearly and will never affect access to the core free functionality.

To use CeeHabits you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@ceehabits.uk if you suspect unauthorised access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16.

One person may hold one account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or other users' accounts
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission
• Scrape, spider, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities.

The data you enter into CeeHabits - habit names, dates, cost figures, and streak records - is yours. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never use your personal habit data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating your account.

You may export or delete your data at any time via Settings → Danger zone, or by contacting us. On account deletion, all your data is permanently and immediately removed from our systems.

We aim to keep CeeHabits running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unavailability or discontinuation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MichaelCee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, particularly the acceptable use provisions in section 04. Where possible, we will warn you before taking action. Serious violations (e.g. attempts to compromise the Service or other users' data) may result in immediate termination without notice.

On termination for any reason, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 05 (your content ownership), 07 (liability), and 09 (governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a dispute with us, we'd much rather resolve it directly first. Please email us before pursuing formal action - most issues can be sorted quickly.
